Preparation
- Wash the peaches under cool running water. Cut each peach in half and remove the pits. Optionally, brush the cut sides with melted butter or coconut oil.
- In a small bowl, mix the brown sugar and cinnamon. Sprinkle this mixture over the cut sides of each peach half.
- Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C) for about 5 minutes.
Cooking
- Place the peaches in the air fryer basket, cut side facing up, ensuring they are not overcrowded.
- Air fry for about 8-10 minutes, or until they are golden brown and tender.
Serving
- Remove the peaches from the air fryer and let them cool for a few minutes. Serve as-is or top with ice cream, yogurt, or a drizzle of honey.
Notes
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Reheat in the air fryer or microwave. Freezing is possible but may change texture.
