Ingredients
  

Main ingredients
  • 4 pieces ripe peaches, halved and pitted Choose firm but slightly soft peaches.
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar Adjust to taste.
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon Optional, can be substituted with other spices.
  • 1 tablespoon melted butter or coconut oil Optional, for added richness.
  • as needed spray cooking spray For greasing the air fryer basket.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Wash the peaches under cool running water. Cut each peach in half and remove the pits. Optionally, brush the cut sides with melted butter or coconut oil.
  2. In a small bowl, mix the brown sugar and cinnamon. Sprinkle this mixture over the cut sides of each peach half.
  3. Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C) for about 5 minutes.
Cooking
  1. Place the peaches in the air fryer basket, cut side facing up, ensuring they are not overcrowded.
  2. Air fry for about 8-10 minutes, or until they are golden brown and tender.
Serving
  1. Remove the peaches from the air fryer and let them cool for a few minutes. Serve as-is or top with ice cream, yogurt, or a drizzle of honey.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Reheat in the air fryer or microwave. Freezing is possible but may change texture.
