Ingredients
  

Filling
  • 2 packs Maggi noodles Use the included tastemaker sachets.
  • 2 medium potatoes, boiled and mashed
  • 1 medium onion, finely chopped
  • 1 piece green chili, finely chopped Adjust amount based on your spice preference.
  • 1/2 teaspoon garam masala Feel free to customize the spices.
  • to taste salt Adjust according to your taste.
For Assembly
  • as needed Oil for brushing
  • as needed Spring roll wrappers or tortillas

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Boil water in a pot, add the Maggi noodles along with the tastemaker sachets. Cook for about 2 minutes, then drain and set aside.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the boiled and mashed potatoes, cooked noodles, finely chopped onions, green chili, garam masala, and salt. Mix everything until well combined.
Assembly and Cooking
  1. Take a spring roll wrapper or tortilla and place a generous spoonful of the filling in the center. Fold the sides over and roll it tightly. Repeat this for the remaining wrappers.
  2. Preheat your air fryer to 180°C (356°F) for about 5 minutes.
  3. Lightly brush each roll with oil and place them in the air fryer basket in a single layer. Cook for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown and crispy.
  4. Remove from the air fryer and let them cool slightly before serving. Enjoy with your favorite dipping sauce!

Notes

If you’ve made extra Air Fryer Maggi Potato Rolls, you can store them in an airtight container. They’ll stay fresh in the fridge for 2-3 days. For longer storage, you can freeze them for up to one month. To reheat, place the rolls back in the air fryer at 180°C (356°F) for about 5 minutes until warm and crispy.
