Making the Sauce
- In a small bowl, whisk together honey, soy sauce, minced garlic, and vegetable oil.
Cooking

- Lightly spray the basket with cooking spray to prevent sticking.
- Place the chicken tenders in a single layer, making sure they don’t touch.
- Air fry for 8-10 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the chicken is golden brown and crispy.
Finishing Touch
- Remove the chicken from the air fryer and toss them in the honey garlic sauce until well-coated.
- Plate the tenders and drizzle any remaining sauce on top for an extra pop of flavor!
Notes
For extra flavor, marinate the chicken in the sauce for 30 minutes before cooking! Try adding sriracha for a spicy kick or sesame seeds for some crunch. Always check that chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C) for safe eating. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
