Preparation
- Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
Mixing
- In a medium bowl, combine the gnocchi with olive oil, salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning. Toss well until all the gnocchi are evenly coated.
Air Frying
- Place the gnocchi in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Cook them for about 12-15 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through to ensure even cooking.
Toasting
- If using parmesan cheese, sprinkle it over the gnocchi during the last 2 minutes of cooking.
Finishing Touch
- Once crispy and golden brown, carefully remove gnocchi from the air fryer and serve with your favorite toppings.
Notes
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Freeze cooked gnocchi for up to a month. Reheat in the air fryer at 350°F (175°C) for about 5-7 minutes.
