Preparation
- Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (about 200°C) for about 5 minutes.
- In a medium-sized bowl, combine the gnocchi with olive oil, salt, and pepper. Toss gently to coat.
Cooking
- Place the gnocchi in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
- Cook for about 10-12 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
Serving
- Remove the cooked gnocchi from the air fryer and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and herbs if desired. Serve immediately.
Notes
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days or freeze for up to 2 months. Reheat in the air fryer at 400°F for 5-7 minutes.
