Ingredients
  

For the cinnamon roll bites
  • 1 can refrigerated cinnamon roll dough
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
  • to taste none Cooking spray For preventing sticking in the air fryer

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Start by preheating your air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
  2. While it warms up, take your refrigerated cinnamon roll dough and open the can. Carefully separate the rolls.
Mixing
  1. In a small bowl, combine the sugar and ground cinnamon.
Cutting
  1. Cut each cinnamon roll into quarters.
Coating
  1. Toss the cut pieces in the cinnamon and sugar mix until they are evenly coated.
Spraying
  1. Lightly spray the basket of your air fryer with cooking spray.
Cooking
  1. Place the coated cinnamon roll bites in the air fryer basket, making sure they are not overcrowded.
  2. Cook for 8-10 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
Finishing Touch
  1. Once they are golden brown, remove them from the air fryer and let them cool slightly.
  2. Drizzle some icing over them while they’re still warm if desired.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for about 2-3 days. For extended life, consider freezing them for up to a month. To reheat, toss them back in the air fryer at 350°F for about 3-4 minutes.
