  • 1 pound chicken breast, sliced Use halal chicken thighs for juicier option.
  • 1 piece bell pepper, sliced (any color) Choose your favorite color.
  • 1 piece onion, sliced Any variety can be used.
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 teaspoons chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder

Preparation
  1. In a large bowl, combine the sliced chicken breast, bell pepper, and onion.
  2. In a separate small bowl, mix together the olive oil, chili powder, cumin, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Pour this marinade over the chicken and veggies, ensuring everything is evenly coated.
Cooking
  1. Preheat your air fryer to 380°F (190°C) for about 3-5 minutes.
  2. Once preheated, add the marinated chicken and veggies to the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  3. Cook for 10-12 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through to ensure even cooking. Cook until the chicken is fully cooked and veggies are tender.
  4. Top with your favorite toppings, and wrap in warm tortillas. Enjoy your flavorful creation!
