  1. Start by closely trimming any excess fat from the chicken breasts for a neat presentation.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix well and then place the chicken breasts into the bowl, ensuring they are fully coated with the marinade.
Cooking
  1. Preheat your air fryer to 380°F (195°C) for about 5 minutes.
  2. Place the seasoned chicken breasts in the air fryer basket in a single layer. Cook for 12-15 minutes, flipping halfway through to ensure even cooking. The internal temperature should reach 165°F (74°C) for safe consumption.
Serving
  1. Once done, remove the chicken breasts from the air fryer and allow them to rest for a few minutes before slicing to lock in the juices.

Notes

For best results, avoid crowding the air fryer basket and consider experimenting with different seasonings. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days, or freeze for up to 3 months.
