Preparation
- In a small bowl, combine the softened butter with garlic powder and a pinch of salt until smooth.
- Take each tortilla and spread a generous layer of the garlic butter mixture on one side.
- Sprinkle a good amount of shredded cheese over the buttered side of the tortillas.
- Fold the tortillas in half to make a half-moon shape, or stack two for a double-layered treat.
Cooking
- Preheat your air fryer to 360°F (182°C).
- Place the prepared tortillas into the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for about 5-7 minutes, or until the tortillas are golden brown and the cheese has melted.
Serving
- Remove from the air fryer and sprinkle with fresh parsley if using.
- Cut into wedges, serve warm, and enjoy!
Notes
If you have leftovers, store them in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2 days. For freezing, wrap individually in plastic wrap and store in a freezer-safe bag for up to a month. To reheat, pop them back in the air fryer at 350°F (175°C) for about 3-5 minutes.
