**Prepare the cauliflower**
Cut the cauliflower into bite-sized florets, ensuring they’re roughly the same size for even cooking.
**Make the batter**
In a mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, water, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper until smooth.
**Coat the cauliflower**
Add the cauliflower florets to the batter, tossing until each piece is evenly coated. Shake off any excess batter.
**Air fry the cauliflower**
Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C). Arrange the battered cauliflower florets in a single layer in the air fryer basket, making sure they don’t overlap. Air fry for 12–15 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until golden and crispy.
**Prepare the Buffalo sauce**
In a small bowl, mix the Buffalo sauce with melted butter or olive oil.
**Toss and serve**
Once the cauliflower is crispy, transfer it to a large mixing bowl. Pour the Buffalo sauce over the cauliflower and toss gently to coat.
**Serve**
Serve immediately with your favorite dipping sauces, like ranch or blue cheese dressing. Garnish with chopped parsley or green onions if desired.
