Ingredients
  

Vegetables
  • 2 cups broccoli florets Wash and dry before using.
  • 2 cups cauliflower florets Wash and dry before using.
Seasoning and Coating
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil To coat vegetables.
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese Adjust amount to taste.
  • Salt and pepper to taste Adjust as per your preference.
  • optional garlic powder For extra flavor.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Wash and dry the broccoli and cauliflower florets.
  2. Ensure the florets are roughly the same size for even cooking.
Seasoning
  1. In a large bowl, combine the broccoli and cauliflower with olive oil. Toss well to coat.
  2. Add salt, pepper, and garlic powder if desired. Toss again.
Cheesy Coating
  1. Sprinkle the grated Parmesan cheese over the veggies and toss until evenly coated.
Air Frying
  1. Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Add the veggies to the basket in a single layer, avoiding overcrowding.
  3. Air fry for about 10-12 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
Serving
  1. Once crispy and golden, remove from the air fryer and serve hot.

Notes

For perfect results, preheat the air fryer and don't skimp on the cheese! You can mix in other vegetables for added flavor.
