- Wash and dry the broccoli and cauliflower florets.

- In a large bowl, combine the broccoli and cauliflower with olive oil. Toss well to coat.

Cheesy Coating
- Sprinkle the grated Parmesan cheese over the veggies and toss until evenly coated.
Air Frying
- Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Add the veggies to the basket in a single layer, avoiding overcrowding.
- Air fry for about 10-12 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
Serving
- Once crispy and golden, remove from the air fryer and serve hot.
Notes
For perfect results, preheat the air fryer and don't skimp on the cheese! You can mix in other vegetables for added flavor.
