  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 3/4 cup warm water
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

Method
 

Dough Preparation
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the flour, baking powder, salt, and sugar.
  2. Gradually add in the warm water and olive oil, mixing until a dough forms.
  3. Knead the dough gently on a floured surface for about a minute until smooth.
  4. Shape the dough into a loaf, ensuring it's not too thick.
Cooking
  1. Preheat the air fryer to 320°F (160°C) for about 3-5 minutes.
  2. Place the shaped dough in the air fryer basket.
  3. Cook for approximately 15-20 minutes, until golden brown and hollow when tapped.
Serving
  1. Remove the bread from the air fryer and let it cool slightly.
  2. Slice and serve with your favorite accompaniments.

Notes

To store, let the bread cool completely, then wrap tightly in plastic wrap or foil. It can be stored for up to three days or frozen for longer storage. Reheat in the air fryer for a few minutes before serving.
