Preparation
- Chop the salmon fillet into bite-sized pieces.
- In a bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, honey, sesame oil, ginger, and garlic until combined.
- Add the salmon cubes into the bowl and gently toss them in the marinade. Let them sit for at least 10 minutes.
Cooking
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Place the marinated salmon cubes in the air fryer basket in a single layer. Cook for about 8–10 minutes or until the salmon is cooked through and golden.
- Remove the bites from the air fryer, sprinkle sesame seeds and sliced green onions on top, and serve.
Notes
Store leftovers in an airtight container; they'll stay fresh in the refrigerator for up to 2 days. Reheat in the air fryer at 350°F (175°C) for about 5 minutes.
