Ingredients
  

Main Ingredients
  • 1 lb salmon fillet, skin removed
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 1 teaspoon fresh ginger, grated
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
  • 2 stalks green onions, sliced

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Chop the salmon fillet into bite-sized pieces.
  2. In a bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, honey, sesame oil, ginger, and garlic until combined.
  3. Add the salmon cubes into the bowl and gently toss them in the marinade. Let them sit for at least 10 minutes.
Cooking
  1. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Place the marinated salmon cubes in the air fryer basket in a single layer. Cook for about 8–10 minutes or until the salmon is cooked through and golden.
  3. Remove the bites from the air fryer, sprinkle sesame seeds and sliced green onions on top, and serve.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container; they'll stay fresh in the refrigerator for up to 2 days. Reheat in the air fryer at 350°F (175°C) for about 5 minutes.
