Ingredients

Main Ingredients
  • 1 can refrigerated biscuit dough Use your favorite brand.
  • 1 cup pie filling (apple) Store-bought or homemade apple pie filling.
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon For added flavor.
  • 1 tablespoon sugar To sprinkle on the filling.
  • Cooking spray (or melted butter) To coat the outside of the bombs.

Method

Preparation
  1. Preheat your air fryer to 350°F (175°C) for even cooking.
  2. Open the can of refrigerated biscuit dough and separate each biscuit, flattening them slightly.
  3. Spoon approximately 1 tablespoon of the apple pie filling onto the center of each biscuit. Sprinkle a pinch of cinnamon and sugar over the filling.
  4. Fold the biscuit dough over the filling and pinch the edges together to seal tightly.
  5. Lightly spray the outside of each bomb with cooking spray or brush with melted butter.
Cooking
  1. Place the sealed bombs in the air fryer basket in a single layer, making sure they don’t touch.
  2. Cook for about 8-10 minutes or until golden brown and crispy.
Serving
  1. Carefully remove the bombs from the air fryer and let them cool slightly before serving.
  2. For extra flavor, dust with powdered sugar or drizzle with icing.

Notes

Substitute fillings like cherry or blueberry pie filling based on preference. Store leftovers in an airtight container for 3-4 days, and reheat in the air fryer for best results.
