Preparation
- Preheat your air fryer to 350°F (175°C) for even cooking.
- Open the can of refrigerated biscuit dough and separate each biscuit, flattening them slightly.
- Spoon approximately 1 tablespoon of the apple pie filling onto the center of each biscuit. Sprinkle a pinch of cinnamon and sugar over the filling.
- Fold the biscuit dough over the filling and pinch the edges together to seal tightly.
- Lightly spray the outside of each bomb with cooking spray or brush with melted butter.
Cooking
- Place the sealed bombs in the air fryer basket in a single layer, making sure they don’t touch.
- Cook for about 8-10 minutes or until golden brown and crispy.
Serving
- Carefully remove the bombs from the air fryer and let them cool slightly before serving.
- For extra flavor, dust with powdered sugar or drizzle with icing.
Notes
Substitute fillings like cherry or blueberry pie filling based on preference. Store leftovers in an airtight container for 3-4 days, and reheat in the air fryer for best results.
