Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup unsalted butter softened
  • 1 cup peanut butter
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 cup brown sugar packed
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 cup mini marshmallows
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips
  • 1/4 cup peanut butter

Method
 

  1. Preheat Your Oven: Preheat your oven to 175°C (350°F) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Cream the Butters and Sugars: In a large mixing bowl, cream together the softened unsalted butter, peanut butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until the mixture becomes fluffy and well combined.
  3. Add Eggs and Vanilla: Mix in the eggs, one at a time, and then stir in the vanilla extract until everything is smooth and incorporated.
  4. Combine Dry Ingredients: In a separate bowl, whisk together the all-purpose flour, graham cracker crumbs, baking soda, and salt.
  5. Form the Dough: Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture and stir until a dough forms.
  6. Shape the Cookies: Scoop out dough into 1-inch balls and place them on the prepared baking sheet. Gently press each ball down to flatten it slightly.
