Ingredients
  

  • 3 small very ripe bananas
  • 4 tablespoons of coconut oil
  • 1 tbsp of cinnamon powder
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar
  • 1 cup almond flour
  • 1 cup of rolled oats
  • 1 tablespoon of baking powder
  • 10 chestnuts
  • 20 raisins
  • 6 apricots
  • Half a cup of water

Instructions
 

  • Prep the Oven: Preheat your oven to 200 degrees Celsius and grease a baking pan.
  • Blend the Base: In a blender, combine the ripe bananas, coconut oil, eggs, cinnamon powder, brown sugar, and water. Blend until smooth.
  • Mix Dry Ingredients: In a separate bowl, mix the almond flour, rolled oats, and baking powder together.
  • Combine Mixtures: Carefully fold the blended mixture into the dry ingredients until well combined.
  • Add Nuts and Fruits: Gently fold in the chopped chestnuts, raisins, and apricots.
  • Bake: Pour the batter into the greased pan, sprinkle some brown sugar on top, and add a few whole chestnuts for extra flair. Bake in the oven for 35 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
  • Cool and Serve: Let it cool for a few minutes before slicing. Enjoy warm or at room temperature!
