A Slice of Nostalgia: Easy Apple Pie Recipe

There’s nothing quite like the comforting aroma of a homemade pie baking in the oven! Our Easy Apple Pie is creamy, flavorful, and absolutely heartwarming. Whenever I whip up this delightful dessert, I’m taken back to my childhood days spent in the kitchen with my family, eagerly waiting for the pie to cool just enough to dig in.

Ingredients
  

  • 2 eggs
  • 120 g sugar 2/3 cup
  • A pinch of salt
  • 150 g yogurt 3/4 cup
  • 70 ml vegetable oil 1/3 cup
  • 200 g flour 1 cup + 1/3 cup
  • 7 g baking powder 1.5 tsp
  • 70 g raisins

Instructions
 

  • Prepare the Batter: In a mixing bowl, beat the eggs and sugar together until light and fluffy. This creates the base for your delicious pie!
  • Mix in Other Ingredients: Add a pinch of salt, yogurt, and vegetable oil to the eggs and sugar mixture. Mix well until everything is combined nicely.
  • Combine Flour and Baking Powder: In another bowl, whisk together the flour and baking powder. Gradually add this dry mixture to the wet ingredients, stirring until just combined. Avoid over-mixing to keep your pie tender.
  • Add the Raisins: Gently fold in the raisins to evenly distribute them throughout the batter. They will add a nice burst of sweetness!
  • Heat the Pan: Preheat a frying pan over medium heat and lightly grease it. This will help prevent sticking and ensure an even cook.
