Prepare the Cream: In a large bowl, whip together the heavy cream, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until stiff peaks form. You want it to be fluffy and creamy, so take your time with this part!
Layer the Cookies: In a 9x9-inch baking dish, create the first layer with the cookies. Place a single layer of graham crackers or wafers at the bottom of the dish.
Add the Cream: Spread a generous layer of the whipped cream mixture over the cookies.
Layer Again: Repeat the process—layer of cookies, layer of cream—until you’ve used all the cookies and cream, finishing with a cream layer on top. Don't forget to leave some wiggle room for your toppings!
Chill Out: Cover the dish with plastic wrap and place it in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours, preferably overnight. This will give it a chance to set and meld those flavors beautifully.
Serve and Enjoy: Once it's chilled, remove it from the fridge, top with fresh fruit, drizzle with chocolate syrup, cut into squares, and dive in!
