Method
 

  1. Prep the Ingredients: Start by washing all your fresh produce. Dice the avocado, halve the cherry tomatoes, and finely chop the red onion and cilantro.
  2. Combine in a Bowl: In a large mixing bowl, add the diced avocado, halved cherry tomatoes, chopped red onion, and cilantro.
  3. Dress it Up: Squeeze the juice of 1 lime over the ingredients and gently toss to combine. Be careful not to mash the avocado.
  4. Season to Taste: Add salt and pepper if desired, adjusting to your taste preferences.
  5. Serve: You can serve immediately or chill in the refrigerator for 30 minutes for the flavors to meld together.
