Marinate & Grill Chicken:
Season the chicken breasts with garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper, making sure each piece is well-coated.
Heat olive oil in a grill pan over medium heat. Grill the chicken for about 5-6 minutes on each side or until fully cooked. A digital meat thermometer should read 165°F (75°C) when done. Let it rest before slicing.
Prepare Garlic Parmesan Sauce:
In a separate saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté until fragrant (about 30 seconds).
Pour in the heavy cream and stir in the grated Parmesan cheese and Italian herbs. Continue stirring until the sauce thickens (about 3-4 minutes). Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Assemble the Bowl:
To serve, place a cup of cooked rice at the bottom of a bowl.
Top it with steamed broccoli and sliced grilled chicken.
Drizzle generously with the garlic Parmesan sauce and garnish with chopped green onions if desired.
