Welcome to a culinary adventure where creamy meets savory in the form of Grilled Chicken with Garlic Parmesan Cream Sauce!

Ingredients
  

  • 2 boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 tsp dried Italian herbs or fresh parsley
  • 1 cup cooked rice white or brown
  • 1 cup steamed broccoli
  • Chopped green onions optional, for garnish

Instructions
 

  • Marinate & Grill Chicken:
  • Season the chicken breasts with garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper, making sure each piece is well-coated.
  • Heat olive oil in a grill pan over medium heat. Grill the chicken for about 5-6 minutes on each side or until fully cooked. A digital meat thermometer should read 165°F (75°C) when done. Let it rest before slicing.
  • Prepare Garlic Parmesan Sauce:
  • In a separate saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté until fragrant (about 30 seconds).
  • Pour in the heavy cream and stir in the grated Parmesan cheese and Italian herbs. Continue stirring until the sauce thickens (about 3-4 minutes). Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  • Assemble the Bowl:
  • To serve, place a cup of cooked rice at the bottom of a bowl.
  • Top it with steamed broccoli and sliced grilled chicken.
  • Drizzle generously with the garlic Parmesan sauce and garnish with chopped green onions if desired.
