- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 small onion finely diced
- 1 cup cooked bacon crumbled
- 1 can 10.5 oz cream of mushroom or cheddar soup
- 1 tbsp ketchup
- 1 tbsp yellow mustard
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 32 oz bag frozen tater tots
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Optional garnishes: chopped pickles green onions, or burger sauce
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a 9x13-inch baking dish.
In a large skillet, cook the ground beef and diced onion over medium heat until browned. Drain any excess fat.
Stir in the soup, ketchup, mustard, half of the crumbled bacon, and 1 cup of the shredded cheddar cheese. Season with salt and pepper.
