Ingredients
  

  • Rice paper wraps
  • Lettuce leaves
  • Cooked rice noodles
  • Carrots julienned
  • Cucumber julienned, optional
  • Bell peppers sliced, optional
  • Fresh herbs like mint or basil

Instructions
 

  • Gather all the ingredients and prepare your workspace. Ensure that your rice noodles are cooked and cooled.
  • Fill a shallow bowl with warm water. Dip a rice paper wrap into the water for a few seconds until it softens.
  • Place the softened wrap on a clean surface. Lay a lettuce leaf on the wrap, then top it with a small handful of rice noodles, julienned carrots, and any additional veggies or herbs you desire.
  • Starting from the bottom of the wrap, roll it tightly over the filling. Fold in the sides to secure the filling as you continue rolling until sealed.
  • Repeat the process until all ingredients are used.
  • Serve immediately with your favorite dipping sauce. Enjoy!
