  • 1 whole cauliflower
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley or cilantro for garnish

  • Preheat the Oven: Start by preheating your oven to 400°F (200°C). This temperature will ensure a beautifully roasted cauliflower.
  • Prepare the Cauliflower: Remove the leaves from the cauliflower and trim the stem slightly to help it sit flat, but keep the head whole!
  • Seasoning: In a small bowl, mix the olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Brush this mixture all over the cauliflower, ensuring it coats evenly.
  • Roasting: Place the seasoned cauliflower on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Roast for 45-60 minutes, or until golden brown and tender. You’ll know it's ready when a fork can easily pierce through it.
