Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups shredded cooked chicken
  • 1/2 cup buffalo sauce adjust to taste
  • 1 cup shredded cheese cheddar or mozzarella
  • 1/4 cup cream cheese softened
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 package of spring roll wrappers or tortillas
  • Oil for frying

Instructions
 

  • Mix the Filling: In a large bowl, combine the shredded chicken, buffalo sauce, shredded cheese, cream cheese, garlic powder, and onion powder. Mix well until all ingredients are evenly coated and blended.
  • Prepare the Wrappers: If using spring roll wrappers, lay one on a flat surface, and keep the rest covered to prevent them from drying out. If using tortillas, warm them briefly to make them pliable.
  • Fill the Wraps: Place about 2 tablespoons of the chicken mixture in the center of the wrapper. Fold the sides in, then roll it up tightly from the bottom, sealing the edge with a bit of water.
  • Fry the Rolls: In a deep skillet, heat the oil over medium-high heat. Once hot, carefully place the rolls in the oil, seam side down. Fry for about 3-4 minutes on each side or until golden brown and crispy.
  • Drain and Serve: Remove the rolls from oil and place them on paper towels to drain excess oil. Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce!
