Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups shredded cooked chicken
  • 1/2 cup buffalo sauce adjust to taste
  • 1 cup shredded cheese cheddar or mozzarella
  • 1/4 cup cream cheese softened
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 package of spring roll wrappers or tortillas
  • Oil for frying

Method
 

  1. Mix the Filling: In a large bowl, combine the shredded chicken, buffalo sauce, shredded cheese, cream cheese, garlic powder, and onion powder. Mix well until all ingredients are evenly coated and blended.
  2. Prepare the Wrappers: If using spring roll wrappers, lay one on a flat surface, and keep the rest covered to prevent them from drying out. If using tortillas, warm them briefly to make them pliable.
  3. Fill the Wraps: Place about 2 tablespoons of the chicken mixture in the center of the wrapper. Fold the sides in, then roll it up tightly from the bottom, sealing the edge with a bit of water.
  4. Fry the Rolls: In a deep skillet, heat the oil over medium-high heat. Once hot, carefully place the rolls in the oil, seam side down. Fry for about 3-4 minutes on each side or until golden brown and crispy.
  5. Drain and Serve: Remove the rolls from oil and place them on paper towels to drain excess oil. Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce!
