Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F). Grease and line a baking dish with parchment paper for easy removal.
Grate the carrots finely and set aside. This will help them incorporate better into the batter.
In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, hazelnut puree, salt, and pepper until well combined.
In another bowl, mix the flour and baking powder until evenly distributed.
Combine the dry ingredients with the wet mixture, stirring until just combined. Don’t overmix; a few lumps are okay!
Fold in the grated carrots and crumbled goat cheese making sure not to overwork the batter.
Pour the batter into the prepared baking dish and spread it evenly.
Bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
Allow to cool in the pan before slicing into squares and serving.
