Ingredients
  

  • 200 g of cream cheese at room temperature
  • 200 g of sugar
  • 3 large eggs
  • 200 g of butter at room temperature
  • 1 tsp vanilla essence
  • 250 g of wheat flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 100 g of thick chopped nuts
  • 1/2 cup of milk

Instructions
 

  • Preheat and Prepare the Mold: Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F). Grease a 23x13 cm loaf pan to ensure your cake comes out easily.
  • Prepare the Dough: In a mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese and butter together until they create a smooth, creamy mixture. Gradually add the sugar, then incorporate the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Don’t forget to pour in that lovely vanilla essence!
  • Integrate Dry Ingredients: In another bowl, sift together the flour, baking powder, and salt. Alternately mix these dry ingredients into the wet mixture along with the milk, ensuring everything blends well.
  • Incorporate the Nuts: Gently fold in the chopped nuts with a spatula, allowing them to distribute evenly throughout the batter.
  • Bake: Pour the batter into your prepared loaf pan and place it in the oven. Bake for 40-50 minutes, checking occasionally. If the top browns too quickly, cover it with aluminum foil for the last 10 minutes.
