Ingredients
  

  • 1 1/2 cups of crushed cookies digestive or graham type
  • 1/2 cup of melted butter
  • 2 tablespoons of sugar
  • 1 cup of cream cheese Philadelphia type
  • 1/2 cup glass sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup of fresh strawberries sliced
  • 1/4 cup strawberry jam optional, for added brightness

Instructions
 

  • Prepare the Base: Preheat your oven to 180 °C (350 °F). In a bowl, combine the crushed cookies, melted butter, and sugar. Press this mixture firmly into the bottom of your tartlet molds and bake for about 10 minutes. Let them cool afterward.
  • Make the Creamy Filling: In another bowl, beat the cream cheese, glass sugar, and vanilla until you achieve a smooth, creamy texture.
  • Assemble the Tartlets: Once the crusts are cool, fill them generously with the cream cheese mixture. Don’t forget to decorate the tops with those lovely strawberry slices!
  • Final Touch: For that extra zing, heat the strawberry jam and glaze it over the strawberries. Refrigerate the tartlets for at least one hour before serving to let the flavors meld beautifully.
