Wrap the Eggs: Take a handful of sausage meat and flatten it in your palm. Wrap it around each peeled egg, ensuring it's fully covered.
Coat the Eggs: Dredge the wrapped egg in flour, dip it into a beaten egg, and finally coat it with breadcrumbs.
Fry: Preheat your oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Fry the eggs until they’re golden brown and the sausage is cooked through, about 4-5 minutes.
Drain and Serve: Remove the eggs from the oil and let them drain on paper towels before serving warm.
