- 1 16 oz bag of coleslaw veggie mix
- 3/4 cup Mayonnaise
- 2 tsp Yellow Mustard
- 3 tsp Apple Cider Vinegar
- 3 tsp Lemon Juice
- 2 Tbsp Monk Fruit sweetener or to taste
- 1 tsp Celery Salt
Prepare the Dressing: In a medium-sized bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, yellow mustard, apple cider vinegar, lemon juice, monk fruit sweetener, and celery salt. Mix well until the dressing is smooth and creamy.
