Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).
Blend the Wet Ingredients: In a blender, mix the eggs, milk, coconut milk, sugar, and melted butter until well combined.

Pour & Bake: Pour the batter into a greased baking mold and bake for 35-40 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean.
Prepare the Calda: While the cake is baking, mix the condensed milk, coconut milk, and milk in a bowl to create the soaking syrup.
Soak the Cake: Once baked, poke holes in the hot cake and pour the calda over it while it’s still warm.
Add Coconut: Sprinkle grated coconut over the top of the cake and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or preferably overnight.
