  • 2 soft-boiled eggs
  • 1 cup steamed broccoli
  • 1 large tomato sliced
  • 1 sweet potato baked

Instructions
 

  • Boil the Eggs: Start by boiling water in a pot. Once the water is at a rolling boil, gently add the eggs and cook for 6-7 minutes for soft-boiled perfection. After cooking, transfer them to a bowl of cold water to stop the cooking process.
  • Steam the Broccoli: In the same pot (to save time!), steam the broccoli for about 4-5 minutes until it turns a vibrant green color and is tender yet crisp.
  • Bake the Sweet Potato: Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and bake the sweet potato for approximately 45 minutes until it’s soft and fork-tender.
  • Slice the Tomato: While the sweet potato is baking, slice the tomato into thick pieces for a juicy addition to your plate.
  • Assemble: Once all ingredients are prepared, arrange them on a plate. Start with the steamed broccoli, followed by the baked sweet potato, and top it off with the sliced tomato and soft-boiled eggs.
