Ingredients

  • 1 cup watermelon cubed
  • 1 cup honeydew melon cubed
  • 1 cup pineapple diced
  • 1 cup strawberries halved
  • 1/2 cup blueberries
  • 1/2 cup seedless green grapes
  • 1/4 cup fresh mint leaves chopped
  • Zest of 1 lime
  • Juice of 2 limes
  • 1 tablespoon honey or agave syrup optional

Instructions

  • Prepare the Fruit: Start by washing all your fruits thoroughly. Cube the watermelon and honeydew, and dice the pineapple. Halve the strawberries and also prepare the blueberries and grapes.
  • Combine the Fruits: In a large mixing bowl, combine all the fruits you’ve prepared: watermelon, honeydew melon, pineapple, strawberries, blueberries, and grapes.
  • Make the Zesty Dressing: In a smaller bowl, whisk together the lime juice, lime zest, and honey or agave syrup (if you’re using it). This mixture is what brings that refreshing kick to your salad!
  • Toss It All Together: Pour the lime mixture over the fruit salad in the larger bowl, and gently toss to coat everything evenly. Be careful not to mash the fruits!
  • Add Fresh Mint: Fold in the fresh mint leaves to enhance the flavor with a burst of herbaceous freshness. Toss lightly once more.
  • Chill and Serve: Chill your fruit salad in the refrigerator for about 15–30 minutes to let the flavors meld together. Serve it cold, garnished with extra mint leaves if desired.
