  • 1 mango, peeled and diced
  • 1 papaya, peeled and diced

Extras
  • 1 sleeve crackers (choose your favorite!)
  • 1 cup macadamia nuts
  • Honey or syrup for drizzling

Method

Preparation
  1. Begin by placing the soft goat cheese on the board as the centerpiece. If desired, you can slice it into pieces for easier serving.
  2. Cut the pineapple, mango, and papaya into bite-sized chunks. Arrange them artfully on the board around the cheese.
  3. If you're using halal-friendly salami or other cured meats, fold or roll them into bite-sized pieces and add them around the fruit.
  4. Fill in gaps on the board with your choice of crackers, balancing textures and colors.
  5. Scatter the macadamia nuts across the board for an inviting crunch.
  6. Drizzle honey or syrup across the entire board.
  7. Add fresh mint or basil leaves for a pop of color and refreshing aroma.

Notes

Feel free to swap out cheeses for any halal-friendly options like cheddar, gouda, or brie. Prepare ingredients up to an hour in advance but assemble right before serving for maximum freshness. Avoid cutting the fruit too early to prevent oxidation.
