  • 2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Preparation
  1. Wash the cucumbers and tomatoes. Dice the cucumbers into bite-sized pieces and chop the tomatoes into chunks. Thinly slice the red onion.
Making the Dressing
  1. In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, red wine vinegar, dried oregano, salt, and pepper. Taste and adjust the seasoning if necessary.
Combining Ingredients
  1. In a large salad bowl, combine the diced cucumbers, chopped tomatoes, crumbled feta cheese, and sliced red onion.
