- In a skillet over medium heat, add the ground beef. Break it apart with a spatula and cook until browned, approximately 5-7 minutes.
- Once the beef is cooked, add the salsa verde to the skillet. Stir well and let it simmer for about 5 minutes.
- In a separate pan, warm the tortillas for about 30 seconds on each side until they're pliable and slightly toasted.
- Place a generous scoop of the beef mixture onto each tortilla. Top with shredded lettuce and chopped tomato. Add any other favorite toppings.
- Arrange your tacos on a platter, squeeze fresh lime over them, and enjoy!
Notes
Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to three days. Keep taco components separate to maintain texture. Reheat beef gently and refresh tortillas in a hot skillet.
