  • 2 cups blueberries
  • 2 cups watermelon, cubed
  • 1 cup raspberries
  • 1 cup green grapes, halved
  • 2 tablespoons honey (optional) Can be added for extra sweetness.

Method

Preparation
  1. Wash all your fruit thoroughly. Hull and slice the strawberries, cube the watermelon, and halve the grapes.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the sliced strawberries, blueberries, watermelon cubes, raspberries, and halved grapes. Give it a gentle toss to combine without bruising the fruit.
  3. If you prefer a little extra sweetness, drizzle honey over the fruit mixture and toss it again lightly to coat the fruit with sweetness.
  4. Transfer the fruit salad to a serving bowl. For an extra touch, garnish with fresh mint leaves on top. Serve immediately or chill in the fridge for about 30 minutes to blend the flavors.

Notes

Store any remaining fruit salad in an airtight container in the refrigerator. Best consumed within 1-2 days for the freshest taste. Avoid freezing to retain texture.
