Preparation and Baking
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine the Greek yogurt and sugar. Whisk until smooth and creamy.
- Add the two large eggs and whisk until well combined.
- Gradually add the all-purpose flour, stirring gently until smooth. Avoid over-mixing.
- Pour the batter into a greased cake pan and ensure an even layer.
- Bake in the preheated oven for about 30 minutes or until golden and a toothpick comes out clean.
- Allow to cool for about 10 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
Notes
For a twist, substitute honey for sugar or add a dash of vanilla extract. Keep an eye on baking time to avoid overbaking.
