  • 5 cups Fresh Spinach, washed and dried Make sure to wash thoroughly for crispness.
  • 1 cup Strawberries, sliced Ensure they are ripe for sweetness.
  • 1 cup Blueberries
  • 0.5 cup Pecans, chopped Can be substituted with walnuts or almonds.
  • 0.5 cup Feta Cheese, crumbled Goat cheese can be used as a substitute.
  • 0.25 cup Balsamic Glaze
  • Salt and Pepper To taste.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Wash the fresh spinach thoroughly.
  2. Slice the strawberries and set them aside along with the blueberries.
Assembly
  1. In a large salad bowl, add the fresh spinach as your base.
  2. Layer the sliced strawberries and blueberries over the spinach.
  3. Sprinkle the chopped pecans and crumbled feta over the top.
  4. Drizzle balsamic glaze over the salad and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
  5. Gently toss the ingredients together to ensure everything is coated in the dressing.
  6. Serve immediately and enjoy!

Notes

For the best experience, prepare the dressing separately and mix right before serving to avoid sogginess. Avoid over-dressing the salad.
