Preparation
- Start by hard-boiling your eggs if you haven’t already. Place the eggs in a pot, cover them with water, and bring them to a boil. Once boiling, cover the pot, turn off the heat, and let them sit for 12 minutes. When done, transfer the eggs to cold water to cool.
- Once the eggs are cool, peel them carefully and slice them in half lengthwise. Scoop out the yolks and place them in a mixing bowl. Set the whites aside on a plate.
Mixing the Filling
- To the bowl with the yolks, add the mayonnaise, softened cream cheese, Dijon mustard, lemon juice, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Use a fork to mash and mix everything until creamy and well combined.
Stuffing and Garnishing
- Spoon or pipe the yolk mixture into the hollowed-out egg whites. Fill generously to make them look appealing!
- Top with fresh chives or a sprinkle of paprika for that extra pop of color and flavor.

Notes
These stuffed eggs can be refrigerated in an airtight container for up to 2 days. If you prepare them in advance, place a piece of plastic wrap directly against the surface of the filling to prevent it from drying out.
