  • 1/4 cup cream cheese Softened.
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Pepper
  • for garnish Chives or paprika For garnish.

Method

Preparation
  1. Start by hard-boiling your eggs if you haven’t already. Place the eggs in a pot, cover them with water, and bring them to a boil. Once boiling, cover the pot, turn off the heat, and let them sit for 12 minutes. When done, transfer the eggs to cold water to cool.
  2. Once the eggs are cool, peel them carefully and slice them in half lengthwise. Scoop out the yolks and place them in a mixing bowl. Set the whites aside on a plate.
Mixing the Filling
  1. To the bowl with the yolks, add the mayonnaise, softened cream cheese, Dijon mustard, lemon juice, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Use a fork to mash and mix everything until creamy and well combined.
Stuffing and Garnishing
  1. Spoon or pipe the yolk mixture into the hollowed-out egg whites. Fill generously to make them look appealing!
  2. Top with fresh chives or a sprinkle of paprika for that extra pop of color and flavor.
Serving
  1. Your 30-Minute Million Dollar Stuffed Eggs are now ready for snacking or serving at your next family gathering!

Notes

These stuffed eggs can be refrigerated in an airtight container for up to 2 days. If you prepare them in advance, place a piece of plastic wrap directly against the surface of the filling to prevent it from drying out.
