Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine the peanut butter, sugar, and egg. Mix until fully combined.
- Form small balls of dough, about 1 inch in diameter, and place them on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Using a fork, gently press down on the cookies to create a criss-cross pattern.
Baking
- Bake for 8-10 minutes, watching for the edges to turn slightly golden.
- Once baked, let the cookies cool on the sheet for a couple of minutes before transferring them to a wire rack.
Notes
Store cookies in an airtight container at room temperature for up to a week, or freeze for up to three months. Reheat in the microwave or let thaw at room temperature.
