Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the peanut butter, sugar, and egg. Mix until fully combined.
  3. Form small balls of dough, about 1 inch in diameter, and place them on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  4. Using a fork, gently press down on the cookies to create a criss-cross pattern.
Baking
  1. Bake for 8-10 minutes, watching for the edges to turn slightly golden.
  2. Once baked, let the cookies cool on the sheet for a couple of minutes before transferring them to a wire rack.

Notes
