Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Wash and peel (if desired) the potatoes, then cut them into bite-sized cubes.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the cubed potatoes and ranch dressing. Stir until the potatoes are evenly coated.
- Pour half of the shredded cheese into the bowl and mix it in with the potatoes and ranch dressing.
Baking
- Transfer the potato mixture into a greased baking dish. Top with the remaining cheese. Cover the dish with aluminum foil to keep the moisture in.
- Place it in the preheated oven and bake for 20 minutes.
- After 20 minutes, remove the foil and bake for an additional 10 minutes or until the cheese is bubbly and golden brown.
Serving
- Take the dish out of the oven and let it cool for a few minutes before serving.

Notes
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to three days. For longer storage, freeze in a freezer-safe bag. Reheat in the oven at 350°F (175°C) or in the microwave.
