Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a mixing bowl, mash the ripe bananas with a fork until smooth.
- Add the cocoa powder and nut butter to the mashed bananas and mix until well combined.
- Grease an 8x8-inch baking pan with nonstick spray or line it with parchment paper.
- Pour the brownie mixture into the prepared baking pan and spread it evenly.
- Bake in the preheated oven for about 20-25 minutes, checking for doneness with a toothpick.
- Allow the brownies to cool in the pan for 10-15 minutes before cutting into squares.
Notes
To store the brownies, keep them in an airtight container in the refrigerator for 4-5 days. They can also be frozen for up to 3 months. To reheat, thaw at room temperature or microwave for a few seconds.
