- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a skillet over medium heat, brown the ground chicken until fully cooked, about 7-10 minutes.
- Sprinkle the taco seasoning over the cooked chicken, mix well, and cook for an additional 2 minutes.
- Stand the taco shells up on a baking sheet securely.
- Spoon the seasoned chicken mixture evenly into each taco shell.
- Top each taco with shredded cheese.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 8-10 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Garnish with diced tomatoes, sour cream, chopped cilantro, and lettuce.
- Serve immediately while warm.
Notes
To store leftovers, place uneaten tacos in an airtight container for up to 2-3 days, or freeze for up to 2 months. Reheat in the oven for best results.
