Ingredients

Main Ingredients
  • 1 cup Nut butter (creamy version is best) Can substitute with flavored nut butter such as almond or cashew.
  • 1 cup Dark chocolate chips Use high-quality chocolate for best flavor.

Method

Preparation
  1. In a microwave-safe bowl, combine your dark chocolate chips. Heat them in the microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring in between until they’re fully melted and smooth.
  2. Once the chocolate is melted, add in the nut butter. Stir until it’s well incorporated and creamy.
  3. Pour the fudge mixture into a lined baking dish, spreading it evenly. It should be about half an inch thick for the best texture.
  4. Place the dish in the refrigerator for at least an hour to allow the fudge to set properly.
  5. Once set, cut into squares and enjoy!

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to a week. Can be frozen for up to three months; layer squares with parchment paper to prevent sticking. Thaw in the fridge or microwave to soften before enjoying.
