- In a microwave-safe bowl, combine your dark chocolate chips. Heat them in the microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring in between until they’re fully melted and smooth.
- Once the chocolate is melted, add in the nut butter. Stir until it’s well incorporated and creamy.
- Pour the fudge mixture into a lined baking dish, spreading it evenly. It should be about half an inch thick for the best texture.
- Place the dish in the refrigerator for at least an hour to allow the fudge to set properly.
- Once set, cut into squares and enjoy!
Notes
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to a week. Can be frozen for up to three months; layer squares with parchment paper to prevent sticking. Thaw in the fridge or microwave to soften before enjoying.
