  • 1 cup all-purpose flour You can substitute with whole wheat or gluten-free flour.
  • 1/2 cup plain yogurt Ensure it's plain and unsweetened.

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the flour and yogurt. Mix until a rough dough forms.
  2. Flour your work surface and knead the dough for about 5 minutes, or until it’s smooth and elastic.
  3. Divide the dough into 4 equal pieces for larger flatbreads, or 8 for smaller ones.
  4. Using a rolling pin, roll each piece into a circle approximately 1/4 inch thick.
  5. Heat a non-stick skillet over medium-high heat. Cook each flatbread for about 1-2 minutes on each side, until golden and puffed up.
  6. Enjoy warm with your favorite toppings or dips!

Notes

If storing leftovers, keep the flatbreads in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to three days or freeze them for up to a month. Reheat on a hot skillet or in the oven before serving.
