- Peel the ripe bananas and place them in a large mixing bowl. Mash them well with a fork until they form a smooth puree.
- Gradually add the self-rising flour to the mashed bananas. Gently mix until just combined, avoiding over-mixing for a soft dough.
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper for easy cleanup.
- Scoop out a small portion of the dough and form it into bite-sized balls. Place each ball onto the prepared baking sheet, leaving space between them.
- Bake for about 15-20 minutes or until they turn golden brown and are firm to the touch.
- Let them cool slightly before serving. Enjoy them warm!
Notes
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days or freeze in a freezer-safe bag for up to a month. Reheat in the microwave or warm oven to retain texture and flavor.
