Ingredients

Main Ingredients
  • 2 ripe ripe bananas Ensure the bananas are ripe for optimal sweetness.
  • 1 cup self-rising flour Can substitute with 1 cup all-purpose flour mixed with 1.5 teaspoons of baking powder and a pinch of salt.

Method

Preparation
  1. Peel the ripe bananas and place them in a large mixing bowl. Mash them well with a fork until they form a smooth puree.
  2. Gradually add the self-rising flour to the mashed bananas. Gently mix until just combined, avoiding over-mixing for a soft dough.
  3. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper for easy cleanup.
  4. Scoop out a small portion of the dough and form it into bite-sized balls. Place each ball onto the prepared baking sheet, leaving space between them.
  5. Bake for about 15-20 minutes or until they turn golden brown and are firm to the touch.
  6. Let them cool slightly before serving. Enjoy them warm!
