Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a mixing bowl, mash the ripe bananas with a fork until smooth.
- Gradually add the self-rising flour to the mashed bananas and stir until fully combined.
- Using lightly floured hands, scoop a tablespoon of the mixture and roll it into a ball, placing it on a greased baking tray.
- Bake for 15-18 minutes, or until golden brown.
- Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
Store leftover donut holes in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days, or freeze for up to a month. Reheat in the microwave for 10-15 seconds or in the oven at 350°F (175°C) for 5-7 minutes.
