  • ½ teaspoon Red pepper flakes Adjust according to spice preference
  • 4 cups Water or broth Broth enhances flavor

Method

Preparation
  1. Bring water or broth to a boil in a medium saucepan. Once boiling, add the ramen noodles and cook according to package instructions (usually 3-4 minutes).
  2. In a separate pan, heat the sesame oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1-2 minutes until fragrant but not browned.
  3. Once the noodles are cooked, drain and add them to the pan with the garlic. Pour in the soy sauce, mixing well to ensure all the noodles are coated evenly.
  4. Toss in red pepper flakes if you like a kick. Stir again for about 1-2 more minutes, allowing all flavors to meld together beautifully.
  5. Dish out the noodles and garnish with sliced scallions, if desired. Serve immediately and enjoy your delicious creation!

Notes

For more garlic flavor, add extra cloves or use garlic powder. Storing leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge is recommended for up to two days.
