  • 2 cups Liquid Base (Coconut Water, Almond Milk, or Green Tea)
  • 1 scoop Protein Booster (Greek Yogurt or Plant-based Protein Powder)
Add-ins
  • 1-2 tablespoons Chia Seeds, Flaxseeds, or Nuts Optional toppings
  • to taste Sweetener (Honey or Maple Syrup) Optional

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Rinse leafy greens thoroughly and chop them into manageable pieces. Prepare your chosen fruits by peeling and cutting them as needed.
Blending
  1. In a high-speed blender, combine the leafy greens, fruits, and liquid base. Blend until smooth, ensuring all the greens and fruits are well incorporated.
  2. Add your protein source and any other add-ins you’ve chosen. Blend again until everything is silky and smooth.
  3. Give your smoothie a quick taste. If you desire a little sweetness, add in your sweetener and blend again.
Serving
  1. Pour the smoothie into your favorite glass or container. For extra flair, sprinkle on chia seeds or add banana slices on top. Enjoy!

Notes

You can enjoy your smoothie fresh or store for later. Keep leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 24 hours. Shake or stir before consuming.
