  • 2 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 2 tablespoons granulated sugar
Wet Ingredients
  • 3 tablespoons milk
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
Optional Ingredient
  • 2 tablespoons chocolate chips Optional but recommended for added richness.

Preparation
  1. In your favorite microwave-safe mug, combine 4 tablespoons of flour, 2 tablespoons of cocoa powder, and 2 tablespoons of sugar. Whisk them together until well blended.
  2. Pour in 3 tablespoons of milk and 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil. Mix until you achieve a smooth batter.
  3. If you are using chocolate chips, fold them into the batter now.
Cooking
  1. Place the mug in the microwave. Cook on high for 1 minute, keeping an eye on it as cooking times may vary by microwave.
  2. Allow it to cool for a minute or two before diving in.

Notes

Store leftovers in the refrigerator for up to 2 days and reheat for 10-15 seconds in the microwave. Perfect for a quick dessert!
